Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Two college students sustained burn injuries when miscreants hurled petrol bomb on a bus in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, during BNP-led 20-party’s countrywide blockade Sunday.

The arson attack took place near the National Parliament of Bangladesh on the 13th day of the blockade that was called demanding a fresh national election and protesting the confinement of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and arrest of party leaders and activists.
Petrol bomb attacks become a common phenomenon during the recent blockades and strikes in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh is facing the non-stop blockade coupled with strikes since January 5 that killed more than two dozens of people and injured scores.
Two first-year female students of Eden College under the National University were returning home when they came under bomb attack.
Another of their friend also got hurt when she was trying to escape the arson attack hurriedly.
