Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Pragati Insurance Company has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend, said an official disclosure on Wednesday.
The board of directors of Pragati Insurance proposed the dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2015.
The final approval will come during the annual general meeting scheduled to be held on June 27 at 10:00am at BIAM Foundation, New Eskaton in Dhaka.
The record date is on May 19.
The company has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of BDT 1.74, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 51.85 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 0.20 for the year ended on December 31, 2015 as against BDT 1.66, BDT 50.34 and BDT 0.18 respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today following its corporate declaration.
