Sirajganj, Bangladesh (BBN)-At least 3 people were killed when a truck hit another on Dhaka-Bogra highway in Sirajganj, a north western district of Bangladesh, early Saturday.
The accident took place around 5:30am in the west side of Bangabandhu Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge in Sirajganj, local police said.
Earlier on Saturday, 10 people were killed in the west side of the bridge in a three-vehicle pile-up.
A speedy truck hit a gas cylinder-laden mini truck parked at the highway side in Konabari area of Kamarkhanda upazila in Sirajganj, leaving the three including the truck driver dead on the spot, the police added.
On information, police rushed to the spot, rescued the injured and recovered the bodies.
The injured were admitted to local hospital.
