Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)–Three more listed companies – Purabi General Insurance Ltd, Janata Insurance and Ambee Pharmaceuticals Ltd – have recommended dividend for the year ended on December 31, according to separate official disclosures on Monday.
PURABI GENERAL INSURANCE: The board of directors of Purabi General Insurance Ltd has recommended 15 percent stock dividend.
The final approval of the dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on July 30 at 3:30pm at the auditorium of M.H. Samorita Hospital & Medical College Ltd in Tejgaon of Dhaka-1208.
The record date of the company is June 7.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.65, NAV per share of BDT 13.65 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.69 for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
JANATA INSURANCE: The board of directors of Janata Insurance Ltd has recommended 10 percent stock dividend.
The AGM will be held on July 25 to give the dividend a final approval.
The record date of the company is May 21.
The time and venue of the AGM will be notified later.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 0.16, NAV per share of BDT 14.47 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.74 for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
AMBEE PHAMA: The board of directors of Ambee Pharmaceuticals has recommended 28 percent cash dividend.
The AGM of the company where the final approval of the dividend will come scheduled to be held on June 14 at 10am at Ambee Pharmaceuticals Limited in Tejgaon of Dhaka.
The record date of the company is May 25.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 3.13, NAV per share of BDT 24.21 and NOCFPS of BDT 15.50 for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today following its corporate declarations.
