INGREDIENTS:
•    10-12 baby corn (blanched)
•    200 gm fish cut into thin fingers
•    Salt and pepper to taste
•    2 lemons
•    1 Tbsp light soy sauce
•    1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
FOR THE BATTER:
•    1 cup flour
•    1/2 cup corn flour
•    Club soda
•    Yeast
•    Sugar
•    1/2 tsp salt
•    1/2 tsp cumin
•    1/2 tsp ajwain
•    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
METHOD:
1.    Marinate the baby corn and fish cubes with lemon juice, light soy, sweet chili sauce, salt and pepper.
2.    Whisk flour, corn flour, yeast, sugar, salt, cumin, ajwain and red chilli powder for a smooth batter.
3.    Dredge the fish and baby corn into flour; dip into the batter and fry until crisp, according to NDTV.
