5 killed in Bangladesh road crash

Habiganj, Bangladesh (BBN)-At least five persons including two women were killed when a truck rammed a private car on Dhaka-Sylhet Highway in Habiganj, a north-eastern district of Bangladesh, on Monday.
All the victims are from the private car, local police said.
The accident took place around 5:30am at Nabiganj upazila when a Dhaka-bound stone-laden truck hit a car, killing all the five on the spot, police added.
Four of the victims are of a same family, police said.
Local police seized the truck, but the trucker managed to flee the scene immediately after the accident.
