Sindh, Pakistan (BBN)-At least 50 people have been killed in an accident involving a bus and a truck in southern Pakistan.
The passenger bus collided head-on with the truck near the city of Khairpur in Sindh province, reports BBC quoting officials.
The bus was reportedly on its way from Swat, in the north-west, to the port city of Karachi.
Deadly accidents are common on Pakistan's roads - often caused by reckless driving, poorly maintained surfaces or unsuitable vehicles.
Women and children are among the dead in the latest crash. At least 10 people were hurt.
A police official told the Associated Press news agency that heavy fog may have been a factor in the accident.
