7 killed in Bangladesh road accident

Bagerhat, Bangladesh (BBN)-At least seven people were killed and 10 more injured in a road accident on Khulna-Mawa highway in Bagerhat, a southern district of Bangladesh, on Saturday.

The accident occurred when a bus and a microbus collided head-on at Taiyab Ali Battali in Fakirhat upazila of Bagerhat around 4:00pm.

The dead include women and children, media reports said.

The injured were whisked off to Fakirhat Upazila Health Complex.
