8 companies make corporate declaration

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Eight companies listed in the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has made corporate declaration for the year ended on December 31, 2013.

The declaration was made on Thursday, the last working day of the previous week.

Of the companies, Salvo Chemicals recommended 10 percent stock dividend while Information Services Network with no dividend, Meghna Cement with 15 percent cash dividend.

Meanwhile, BD Thai Aluminium declared 5 percent stock dividend, Legacy Footwear 5 percent stock dividend, Rupali Bank 15 percent stock dividend and Mercantile Insurance 10 percent cash dividend.

On the other hand, Golden Son declared 25 percent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2013.
