9 Bangladeshis killed in Riyadh factory fire

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-At least nine Bangladeshi nationals were killed as a devastating fire raged through a furniture factory fire in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Monday night.

Of the victims, Mohammad Jalal, Abdul Gaffar, Mohammad Selim, Bahauddin, Nazir Hossain, Matiar Rahman and Shah Alam were from Comilla district, Zakir Hossain from Feni and Aftab from Madaripur district, media reports said.

The fire broke out in the factory around 10:00pm and two Indian nationals were also killed in the blaze, the media reports added.
