Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson, Khaleda Zia visited the Palestine embassy in Dhaka on Monday afternoon and extended solidarity to the oppressed Palestinians.
She also called on the Middle Eastern nations to stand by the Palestinians. The BNP chief also sought divine blessings for the Palestinians who lost their lives in brutal Israeli attacks.
Khaleda also handed over a cheque of BDT 0.5 million to the embassy officials as donation for the victims in Gaza.
Acting BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Khaleda’s advisers Inam Ahmed Chowdhury, Sabihuddin Ahmed and Reaz Rahman, international affairs secretary Asaduzzaman Ripon also accompanied her.
