Treasury security yields remain unchanged in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The central bank of Bangladesh held auctions for BDT 8.0 billion in Treasury Bills in the last week, treasury officials said.

The auctions for 91-day and 364-day bills were conducted on November 15 last where the implicit yield for 91-day bills remained unchanged at 2.30 percent while the yield for 364-day bills declined by one basis point to 4.59 percent.

An auction of five year Treasury bond was held on November 18. Total BDT 4,500 million has been issued against 4,903 million total bid amount. The implicit yield remained unchanged.
