Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Appollo Ispat Complex Limited, a listed company, has recommended 15 percent dividend for its shareholders for the year ended on June 30 this year, officials said.
The proposal for 15 percent dividend for the shareholders of the company was placed at the meeting of the board of the company on Saturday.
The meeting of the board of the company was held at the company’s corporate office at Tejgaon in Dhaka.
The record date for selecting the shareholders has been set on October 21, 2014.
The board has decided to hold the Annual General meeting (AGM) of the company for shareholders’ approval for the recommended dividend on December 21, 2014 at 12noon at Dream Holiday Limited at Chaitabo, Panchdona in Narsingdhi.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.84, NAV per share of BDT 31.37 and NOCFPS of BDT (0.71) for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company on Monday following its corporate declaration.
