Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Emerging Bangladeshi filmmaker Sajjad Mahmud won the top prize for his short film “Bewilder” in the shorts category of 1st Annual Five Alive Suicide Prevention Short Film and PSA Competition in the U.S. on August 10.
The six-minute film zooms in on a young woman who commits suicide after experiencing the rejection and betrayal of her boyfriend in an unforgiving world, according to reports.
