Apollo Hospitals to start call-centre service in Bangladesh for patients

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Onecall Solutions Limited and Apollo Hospitals Dhaka signed an agreement in Dhaka recently to introduce call-centre service to their patients.  

Onecall Solutions chief executive officer Shakil Jowad Rahim, director Sabbir Rahman Tamin, Apollo Hospital general manager Nazrul Haider, Windmill Infotech Limited chief executive officer Tanjirul Bashar were present on the occasion among others, a press statement said.

Apollo Hospitals Dhaka is going to start call-centre service to provide service to patients through voice message, call-back option, records the details of an emergency incident including location, finding the next available agent and setting appointment for patient.
