Sensex sheds 50 points in early trade

New Delhi, India (BBN)-The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex), was on Wednesday was trading at 49.92 points or 0.18 percent down during the morning session.
The wider 500-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was also trading at 8.65 points or 0.10 percent down at 8,520.80 points, reports IANS.
The Sensex of the S&P Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), which opened at 28,159.42 points, was trading at 28,132.22 points (at 9.24 a.m.) in the early session, down 49.92 points or 0.18 percent from the previous day’s close at 28,182.14 points.
The Sensex has touched a high of 28,159.42 points and a low of 28,072.94 points in the trade so far.
