Keraniganj, Bangladesh (BBN)-Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) Tuesday opened the 297th branch of the bank at Ati Bazar in Keraniganj a central district of Bangladesh.
Md. Abdus Salam, FCA, FCS, director and chairman of the risk management committee of the bank, inaugurated the branch as the chief guest on August 25, 2015 Tuesday.
Mohammad Abdul Mannan, managing director of the bank presided over the inaugural ceremony.
Muhammad Abul Bashar, deputy managing director, Md. Obaidul Haque, executive vice president and head of Dhaka south zone, Md. Zakir Hossain, president, Ati Bazar traders’ association and Salahuddin, a businessman, among others, spoke on the occasion. Local traders, professionals and social elites were present in the opening session.
