London, England (BBN) - The European Central Bank (ECB) in the last week released October's issue of its Monthly Bulletin.
The council kept a hawkish tone when dealing with the recovery throughout the European Union (EU), a weekly review report said.
Even as the Bulletin reflected the decrease in pace suffered by the recovery, it also assured that the positive underlying momentum of the recovery in the Euro area remained in place.
