INGREDIENTS
500 gms-Ripe Olives
250 gms-Sugar
2 tsp -Salt
4-5 tsp- Mustard powder
1/2 tsp-Chilli powder
10 tsp- Mustard oil
METHOD
Boil Olives in a little water.
Then allow the water to dry.
Now rub in all the spices and place the olives in a glass jar or bowl, in the sun, for 2-3 days.
The Misti Achar is ready.
