Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Shurwid Industries Limited is set to go public and offload 14 million shares, a company announcement has said.
The company signed an agreement in this connection with ICB Capital Management Limited for the appointment of issue manager at a city hotel on Wednesday.
Shurwid Industries Ltd Managing Director Zahedul Hoque and ICB Capital Management Ltd Chief Executive Officer Abdur Rouf signed the agreement on behalf of their organizations.
