Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The inter-bank call money market rates are stuck at the higher side of the range observed just before the Eid-uAzha.
Though the call money market rate eased a little during the week, the rate hovered around a wider range between 5.50 to 12 percent, treasury officials said.
Call money rates traded as high as 25 percent on Monday. On Thursday, most of the deals settled between 7.00 to 9.00 percent range.
