INGREDIENTS
2 cup soya granules
2 boiled and grated potatoes
2 big spoons chopped dhania
1 tbsp jeera powder
2 chopped green chillies
½ tbsp garam Masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
Salt
Oil
Sticks(seekh)
PROCESS
Grind soya seeds and add water and then rinse it so that we have the paste
In a bowl put the paste, dhania, green chillies, garam Masala, jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, grated potatoes, egg, salt and mix everything well.
Now wrap the mixture around the sticks or seekhs and deep fry them.
