PMO’s hold meeting December 28 to calm RMG unrest

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Prime Minister's Office (PMO) will hold a meeting on December 28 to set strategies to deal with the workers unrest in Readymade Garments (RMG) sector and find out ways to solve export and import problems.

All stakeholders of RMG sector, including Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), Bangladesh Knitwear Manufactures and Exporters Association (BKMEA), Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), law enforcement and intelligence agencies, and high officials of different ministries concerned, will attend the meeting, The Daily Star, a local newspaper, reported quoting Principal Secretary to the PMO MA Karim.
