Kohinoor Chemical approves 40 percent cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) Limited was held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in the capital Dhaka recently.

Chairman of the Company Obaidul Karim presided over the meeting.

A 40 percent cash dividend was approved for the company’s shareholders for the year 2009-2010.
