The 35-year-old actor took to his Instagram account and posted the jaw-dropping picture of himself, reports the ANI.
In the snap, Shahid sports long hair and is flaunting his perfectly toned body and pumped abs.
The Haider star captioned the picture ‘Coming Soon.’
Produced by Anurag Kashyap’s Phantom Films and Vikramaditya Motwane, Shahid earlier tweeted about the film: “Scariest part I have played yet have no clue how I’m going to get it right. Wish me luck guys.”
Udta Punjab is an upcoming Indian neo-noir drama thriller that the story of substance abuse in the Indian state of Punjab and is directed by Abhishek Chaubey of Ishqiya fame.
It also stars Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles.
