Irish company to invest $6.75 million in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- An Irish company titled M/s Eastport Limited will set up a garments manufacturing industry in Comilla Export Processing Zone (EPZ).

The company will invest US$6.75 million in setting up the unit and will produce protective work wear items.

In this connection, an agreement was signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) and M/s Eastport in the capital Dhaka on Thursday.
