DSE to remain closed Thursday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-  Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country’s premier bourse, will remain closed on Thursday, on the occasion of the opening ceremony ICC World Cup Cricket 2011. 
Trading of shares in Dhaka Stock Exchange will remain closed on February 17 in line with decision of its board of directors, a DSE announcement said on Tuesday.  
 
With the latest decision, apparently there will be no trading at the DSE for four days as February 16 is a public holiday for Eid-e-Miladunnabi while Feb 18 and 19 (Friday and Saturday) are weekly holidays.
