Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Three more listed companies – CVO Petrochemical Refinery, Fu-Wang Ceramic and Zahintex Industries have recommended dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2016, according to separate official disclosures on Monday.
CVO Petrochemical: The board of directors of CVO Petrochemical Refinery has recommended 25 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2016.
The final approval will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 27 at 10:30am at Chittagong.
The record date for entitlement of dividend is on November 21.
The company has also reported earning per share (EPS) of BDT 7.40, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 20.50 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 9.92 for the year ended on June 30, 2016 as against BDT 7.33 (restated), BDT 14.59 (restated) and BDT 5.81 (restated) respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
Fu-Wang Ceramic: The board of directors of Fu-Wang Ceramic has recommended 10 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2016.
The AGM will be held on December 21 at 9am at Spectra Convention Center in Dhaka. The record date is on November 15.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.29, NAV per share of BDT 12.52 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.90 for the year ended on June 30, 2016 as against BDT 0.34, BDT 12.35 and BDT (0.45) respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
Zahintex: The board of directors of Zahintex Industries has recommended 7.0 percent cash dividend (except sponsor/director shareholder) and 8.0 percent stock dividend (for all) for the year ended on June 30, 2016.
The sponsors/directors shareholders hold 36,814,247 shares and general shareholders will get cash dividend of BDT 22,445,502.10.
The AGM will be held on December 18 at 10am at Gazipur. The record date is on November 13.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.34, NAV per share of BDT 28.43, and NOCFPS of BDT 1.99 for the year ended on June 30, 2016 as against BDT 1.21, BDT 30.03 and BDT (1.15) respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of these companies today following their corporate declarations.
