Update: newspaper holiday on February 21

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The Newspaper Owners’ Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) will observe holiday on Monday (February 21) on the occasion of Shaheed Dibash-International Mother Language Day.

However, the NOAB members desirous of bringing out their publications may do so under special arrangement, a NOAB press statement said on Saturday.
