Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Bangladesh’s stocks finished almost flat on Thursday after volatile trading as investors were active on both sides of the trading fence.
Analysts said the market finished almost flat after high volatility as a section of the investors bagged some profit while some others were busy rebalancing portfolio amid ongoing earning and dividend declaration of financial companies.
“As dividend and earnings disclosure started to hit the market, investors showed tendency to rebalance their portfolio in response to earnings disclosure and expectations,” said an analyst at a leading brokerage firm.
