Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- A four -day long international seminar on "Towards Oriental Theatre Studies" will begin at senate auditorium of Jahangirnagar University (JU) on Saturday.
The JU Drama and Dramatics Department is organizing the seminar in collaboration with Japan Foundation on the occasion of the celebration of 40th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Bangladesh.
Theater personalities from different countries including India, China, Japan and Germany will attend the seminar, the organizers said.
The seminar will end following a grant closing session at the National Theater Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the capital Dhaka on January 10.
