Bangladesh’s businessmen to join Taipei show

Chittagong, Bangladesh (BBN) - Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) will take part in Taipei International Industry Show in June this year.
CCCI President Murshed Murad Ibrahim announced the plan at a meeting with a delegation of Taiwan Trade Centre at the chamber's office in the port city on Tuesday.
MA Latif, ex-chairman of CCCI and a lawmaker, Mahbubul Alam, senior vice-chairman of the chamber, and Woody Wang, director of Taiwan Trade Centre, attended the meeting, a CCCI statement said.
During the meeting Mr. Murshed has sought investment by Taiwanese investors in the prospective sectors at Chittagong, saying that it is a very suitable place for foreign investment. 
He assured of extending all out cooperation from the Chamber in this regard.
Woody Wang laid emphasis on working on same platform to enhance bilateral trade relations between Bangladesh and Taiwan.
