Three students drown in Madhabkunda waterfall of Bangladesh

Sylhet, Bangladesh (BBN) - Three students drowned while swimming in the Madhabkunda Waterfalls in the country’s northeaster Moulvibazar district on Friday, police said.
The deceased were identified as Shahriar Ahmad, student of class X of Mirpur Bangla School & College, Munna, student of class IX of Mirpur Baitul Mamur Madrasa and Ashik, student of Mirpur Commerce College.
A police official of the Borolekha police station said they were on a team of eight students from several education institutions of Dhaka’s Mirpur area. 
The students drowned at about 1:30pm as they were crossing a danger mark of the falls, witnesses said.
