Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd (IBBL) gave scholarships to 200 underprivileged students who obtained GPA-5 in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations in 2011.
The function was held at Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation on Thursday, the IBBL press statement said.
IBBL Chairman Professor Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher was present at the program as chief guest.
BDT 18,000 was given to each of the GPA-5 achievers.
