Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia started a meeting with the leaders of the BNP-led 18-party alliance on Monday night to discuss the next course of action to press home its demand for restoration of the caretaker government system.
The meeting that began around 9:30pm at her Gulshan office in the capital Dhaka is also expected to discuss the latest political development of the country.
Leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami, Bangladesh Jatiya Party, National People's Party, Islami Oikya Jote, Islamic Party and other partners of the opposition alliance are attending the meeting.
