South Korean companey invests over $ 1.50m in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- South Korean company M/s. GL Grape Bangladesh Co. Limited will set up a bags and garments accessories industry in Comilla Export Processing Zone of Bangladesh.  
This fully foreign owned  company  will invest US$1.762 million for setting up their plant with annual production capacity of 56 million pcs of bags and garments accessories items. 
This company will produce different kinds of bags like Woven, Non-Woven, Jute, Leater, School, Office, Sacks Bags including various garments accessories. GL Grape Bangladesh company will create employment opportunity for 307 Bangladeshi nationals.    
An agreement to this effect has signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and M/s. GL Grape Bangladesh Co. Limited at BEPZA Complex in the capital Dhaka on Monday. 
Khandaker Akhtaruzzaman, Member Engineering of BEPZA and  Mr. Kim Byeong Ryel, Chairman of M/s. GL Grape Bangladesh Co. Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
