BRAC Bank recommends 15pc stock div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors has recommended 15 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

The AGM will be held on May 9, 2013 at 10am. Venue of AGM will be notified later. Record date: 07.04.2013. The Company has reported Consolidated Profit after tax of BDT 699.51 million, consolidated EPS of BDT 1.74, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 28.60 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 10.96 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
