Argon Denims recommends 20pc stock div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Argon Denims has recommended 20 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

The AGM will be held on April 23, 2013 at 10am at the Greentech Resort & Convention Center, Bhabanipur, Gazipur. Record date: 07.04.2013.

The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 135.92 million, EPS of BDT 4.77, NAV per Share of BDT 58.26 and NOCFPS of BDT (4.56) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
