Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Chinese industry M/s. Tianye Outdor (BD) Co,. Ltd. is going to set up a Tent & Bag industry in Comilla Export Processing Zone of Bangladesh.
This fully foreign owned company will invest 10.5 million for setting up their plant with annual production capacity of 5.0 million pcs of Tent, Canopy, Bag, Sleeping Bag and Bag Pack. Tianye Outdor will create employment opportunity for 2480 Bangladeshi nationals.
An agreement to this effect has signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and M/s. Tianye Outdor (BD) Co,. Ltd. in BEPZA Complex, Dhaka on July 9.
Sayed Nurul Islam, Member (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA and Mr. Qigang MA, Managing Director of Tianye Outdor (BD) Co, Ltd. signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Major General K M Mominur Rahman, afwc, psc, Executive Chairman, A K M Mahbubur Rahman, Member (Finance), Shawkat Nabi, Secretary of BEPZA and other officials of both side were present at the signing ceremony.
