Aamra Technologies declares 10pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The board of directors of Aamra Technologies Ltd has recommended 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Thursday.
The AGM will be held on December 24 at 10am at the Spectra Convention Center, House # 19, Road # 07, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. Record Date: 12.11.2014.
The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.52, NAV per share of BDT 20.97 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.59 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (Thursday) following its corporate declaration.
