AB Bank approves 12.50% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Director AB Bank Ltd recommended stock dividend @ 12.50 per cent for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

The date of AGM: 07.07.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Bashundhara Convention Centre, Block-G, Bashundhara R/A, Baridhara, Dhaka. Record date: 30.04.2013.

The Company has also reported Consolidated EPS of BDT 3.32, Consolidated NAV per share of BDT 36.67 and Consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 20.62 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
