Moscow, Russia (BBN)- ABBYY has announced the opening of its 10th office, ABBYY 3A, with “3A” indicating three continents –Asia, Africa and South America.
The new branch office is focused on developing the company’s business in these three regions notable for rapidly growing economies. Although ABBYY 3A begins operation in 2010, its team has been building a centralized partner network in the area for over 6 years, a company announcement said.
The ABBYY 3A team consists of various professionals including sales managers, marketing, technical personnel, and specialists developing partner relations and programs.
The team is led by Elena Pospelova, CEO of ABBYY 3A, who joined ABBYY in 2001. In her former position as the Head of International Sales Department, Elena turned ABBYY’s business in Asia, Africa and South America into one of the top revenue-generating directions.
