Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-ABM Musa, a veteran journalist of Bangladesh, died at a hospital in Dhaka on Wednesday. He was 83.
The noted journalist breathed his last around 1:15pm at LabAid Hospital.
President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed their deep shock and condolence on the demise of Musa who was on lift support since Monday night.
Musa was suffering from old age complexities from a long time.
Born on February 28, 1931, in Feni, Musa had significant contributions to the fields of journalism during his nearly 64-year old career.
He was one of the founding members of the Jatiya Press Club.
