Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher has recently been re-elected chairman of the Islami Bank Bangladesh (IBBL) at a meeting of its Board of Directors.
While Yousif Abdullah Al-Rajhi and Mustafa Anwar, a representative of the Public Institution for Social Security, Kuwait, were re-elected vice chairmen of the bank, the bank said.
Md Eskander Ali Khan was named the chairman of the executive committee while NRM Borhan Uddin was made the chairman of the audit committee.
The executive committee also has Mohammad Abdullah Al-Jalahma and the audit committee also has Areef Suleman, a representative of Islamic Development Bank.
Local and foreign directors, including managing director Mohammad Abdul Mannan, were present on the occasion.
