ACCA regional confce begins in Bangladesh capital Wednesday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- ACCA MENASA will hold its second conference for learning providers in the capital Dhaka from Wednesday. 
Enhancing professional accounting education standards in MENASA (Middle East, North Africa, South Asia) is the central theme of the learning providers' conference. The theme of the two-day conference is ACCA Learning Providers: Advancing a Vibrant Profession. 
Two-day long conference will involve discussions among the delegates about what can be done to help these regions accomplish their ever-increasing demands for professional accountancy talent as drivers of business success and economic growth. 
Dr. Afra Sajjad, Regional Head of Education, MENASA said: "This is the region where ACCA foresee a number of partnership for improving ACCA tuition thus by organizing these networking opportunities ACCA is contributing positively in enhancing standards of professional accounting education." 
It aim to achieve further exam success for students by improving learning support in the region by sharing exam-focused teaching and student engagement strategies aligned to the ACCA vision of the of the e-professional. 
Lucia Real Martin, Director Emerging Markets-Asia, of the ACCA said: “The concluding panel discussion will set a definitive road map for ACCA learning providers and employers for further elevating professional accounting education standards in the region leading to a greater vibrant profession.”
 
Mohua Rashid, Country Manager, of the ACCA Bangladesh said: “This conference will give learning providers the opportunity to network with each other, as well as give them the tools to help and train our ACCA students further.”
