Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Four garment workers were killed as a train hit a human hauler carrying apparel workers at an unmanned level crossing in Chandgaon of the country’s port city Chittagong this morning.
The identities of the victims could not be known immediately, a local police officer told BBN over phone from Chittagong.
The accident occurred around 8:00am when the human hauler was crossing Bahir Signal at Chandgaon, nearly half kilometre away from the factory, Base Textiles Limited.
