Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Agrani Insurance Company Limited declared 10 per cent stock dividend at the 9th annual general meeting of the company held at the BIAM Auditorium in Dhaka on Monday.
Company chairman Zaker Ahmed presided over the AGM while directors, senior executives and shareholders were present, the company said.
Directors’ and auditors’ report and annual account for the year ended on December 31, 2008 was also approved at the AGM.
