Airtel Bangladesh signs agreement with Walton

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Airtel Bangladesh, a mobile phone operator has signed an agreement with Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd to make dual-SIM mobile handsets from Walton available in the market with bundled offers from Airtel.

The package will deliver 1,900 minutes of Airtel-to-Airtel talk time bonus valid over a period of 9 months from the device’s purchase, a press statement said.

Commenting on the development, Airtel’s chief sales and marketing officer Abhay Seth said that the company was delighted to join hands with Walton to provide buyers with dual-SIM devices with compelling bundled offers from Airtel.

Airtel Bangladesh chief supply chain officer Raghvendra Gupta, head of corporate and SME Adil Hossain Nobel and senior manager (corporation sales) Rejaul Amin Sohail, and Walton marketing director Amdadul Hoque Sarker, corporate and communication director Mizanur Rahman and deputy director Subrata Kumar Nandi were present at the signing ceremony.
