Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Bharti Airtel has launched a new m-education service, Tuition Alert, for its mobile users in Bangladesh.
“The availability of Tuition Alert will offer the necessary support to our customers to locate tutors easily on their hand-held mobiles with Airtel connections,” said Chris Tobit, chief executive officer of Airtel Bangladesh.
“Moreover, tutors can also get alerts around probable job openings,” the mobile operator said in a statement.
Airtel users can avail the service at BDT 30 (excluding VAT) for 30 days by dialing *321*600#. Students can also search for tutors and when matched, they can contact with each other through SMS at BDT 2.
All customers can subscribe this service for different duration packs while post-paid customers can only avail the 30-day pack.
