Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Engineer AZM Akramul Haq has been re-elected chairman of Premier Leasing and Finance Limited, while Barrister Mehnaz Mannan has been elected vice-chairman.
They were re-elected and elected at the 106th meeting of the board of directors of the company held in the city recently.
Mr Haq is the managing director of Contech Engineering & Trading Ltd. and Multilink Technical Services Ltd., chairman of Dhaka Broadband Network Ltd. and Securities Broking Management Services Ltd. and partner of TECHNO-CON.
He is one of the sponsor directors of Premier Leasing and Finance Ltd. and Premier Leasing Securities Ltd.
Barrister Mehnaz is one of the sponsor directors of Premier Leasing Securities Ltd. and director of AR Chowdhury Securities Limited, chief executive officer of Bengal NFK Textiles Ltd. and deputy managing director of Bengal Airlift Ltd. Barrister Mehnaz is the owner of Solution De Legal, a law firm.
